Terms and Agreements

Studio Access & Time

• Rental time includes setup and teardown. Early entry or late departure is not permitted unless pre‑approved and may incur additional charges.

• The studio must be vacated promptly at the end of the rental period.

Use of Space

• Rentals are for photography, videography and production only. Events outside this scope require prior approval.

• Backdrops, furniture and props are included in the hourly rental. Lighting equipment is a separate rental and available for $40 during your rental. Some specialty equipment, props, and gear are not included in the hourly rental and are locked away for member use only. 

Shoes & Backdrop Cleanliness

• Outdoor shoes are not permitted on seamless paper or fabric backdrops. Clean, indoor-only shoes may be used for shooting if they are wiped down prior to stepping on set.

• Renter is responsible for keeping floors and backdrops clean and free of dirt, scuffs, or debris.

• A $25 cleaning fee will be added to the invoice if floors, backdrops, or shooting areas require additional cleaning due to misuse or excessive dirt.

Care of Studio & Equipment

• Renter is responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition it was found.

• Any damage to walls, floors, furniture, equipment, or props will be billed to the renter.

• Glitter, confetti, smoke bombs, candles, or any materials that stain or create excessive mess are not permitted.

Safety & Conduct

• Renter is responsible for the safety and behavior of all guests, clients, and crew.

• No illegal activities, weapons, or hazardous materials are allowed on the premises.

• Children must be supervised at all times.

Liability

• Studio on the Fox is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the rental period.

• Renter assumes full responsibility for their clients, guests, and equipment

Payments & Refunds​

• 50% payment is required to secure your rental time.

• Payments are non‑refundable 48 hours after receipt, but you will receive a studio credit to use within 6 months.

​Cancellations

• No refunds or credits are issued for no‑shows or cancelations less than 48 hours before your rental.

Emergency Exceptions

• At the studio’s discretion, a credit may be issued for documented emergencies.

• Rental time may be transferable to another photographer with prior approval.​

 

By submitting payment, the renter acknowledges and agrees to all terms listed above.
